Welcome!
It is important for us to strengthen the region around Barra. For this reason, the lodge was built only with the help of local craftsmen and traders. Our team is also from this part of the country and looks forward to welcoming you. We are happy to organize excursions in and around Gambia for you.
Our service for you
location
Our lodge is located in a small town in the North Bank region. From Banjul you can reach the town Barra by ferry or using one of the wooden boats. From there it is only a few minutes drive to the village of Mayamba. Under large mango trees you can find our lodge.
Eat&Drink
You can have breakfast in the morning, either on the balcony or on the large terrace directly at the house. From the balcony you have an impressive view of the Fankas Islands, which are located directly on the Atlantic Ocean. You can also buy cold drinks and snacks from our bar.
Service
Our guides and we are happy to help you with the design of your holiday. Just contact us in advance or direct during your stay and we will plan excursions or activities with you. For a small fee, we organize various tours and other activities for you.
